NEWTON, Kan. (April 22, 2014) – “Finding Meaning in Caregiving” is the topic for the next McPherson County Caregiver Support Group, sponsored by Prairie View Inc. The group meets from 2:30 to 4 p.m., Monday, May 4 in the North Conference Room at Pine Village Wellness Center, 86 22nd Ave., Moundridge, Kansas. Admission is free and open to the public.

The support group is open to caregivers for older adults as well as older adults who are caregivers. The group offers education, mutual support and problem-solving with others who are dealing with similar situations. This includes caregivers whose care receiver has any illness, including dementia.
