Ankenbrandt Named Prairie View Chief Financial Officer

NEWTON, Kan. (April 25, 2022) – Prairie View announces Matt Ankenbrandt as its Chief Financial Officer. He comes to Prairie View from Saint Louis University, where he most recently served as Director of Budgeting and Finance in the Department of Internal Medicine.
As CFO, Ankenbrandt will help the organization achieve its mission by ensuring financial sustainability and transparency with continued sound fiscal stewardship. He will oversee accounting and business functions, purchasing, information systems and patient accounts.
“In just a short period of time, it has been evident that there is a sense of teamwork and collaboration amongst all employees at Prairie View, and I look to continue to strengthen that,” says Ankenbrandt, who was attracted to Prairie View because of its staff in addition to the opportunity to be closer to family. “By building off the foundation currently in place, I hope to continue to achieve sustainability for Prairie View for many years to come.”
Ankenbrandt holds a master’s degrees from Lindenwood University, Belleville, Ill., in Business Administration and bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Management and Communications from Albion (Mich.) College.
