O’Donnell, Winslow Join Prairie View Team

NEWTON, Kan. (August 21, 2017) – Prairie View Inc., welcomes Natasha O’Donnell, LMLP, LCP, and Jackie Winslow, T-LMLP, to its clinical staff.
O’Donnell is a Licensed Master Level Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist and will provide individual, family and group therapy to adolescents and adults ages 6 to 54 at Prairie View’s Newton office, located at 1901 E. First Street.
“Mental health has always fascinated me, along with my desire to help others,” says O’Donnell.
During an internship, she worked with adolescents displaying sexual behavioral issues. It was a challenge, but she “found that it was something intriguing.”
O’Donnell will specialize in adolescent sexual behavioral issues and offender treatment, trauma, psychological testing, and treatment for depression, anxiety, conduct disorders, and abuse and neglect related to child welfare.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Newman University, Wichita, and her Master’s from Emporia State University.
Winslow, a Temporary Licensed Master’s Level Psychologist, will serve as a Psychotherapist. She will provide individual and group therapy, as well as psychological testing and evaluations. The majority of her work will center on clients in the psychiatric hospital, Turning Point (a psychiatric residential treatment facility for adolescents ages 10-17), and area long term care facilities. She will see clients ages 12 and older on the Newton campus.
“What I love about mental health is the way it incorporates all aspects of a bigger picture: psychological, spiritual, emotional, and physical,” says Winslow. “I’ve always been drawn to figuring out what’s standing in someone’s way, and how we can change that.”
Winslow will specialize in treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, relational problems, abuse and neglect, and generalized wellness. She will also provide neuropsychological testing, psychological testing, driving capacity evaluation, and dementia evaluation.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Baker University, Baldwin City, and her Master’s from Emporia State University.
