Patients seeking mental health services at our Newton, McPherson, and Hillsboro offices are encouraged to walk into the Newton, McPherson or Hillsboro office on a Monday-Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to be seen for an initial evaluation. Medicaid, uninsured, and other insurance accepted.

SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

If you have consented to receive text messages from Prairie View, Inc. you may receive messages related to the following: 

  • Appointment reminders 
  • Follow-up messages 
  • Billing inquiries 
  • Office closures 
  • Example: "Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming appointment with Dr. John Doe at Prairie View on Monday, January 1st at 10:00am. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time." 

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week related to your [appointments/billing, etc. 

Example: "Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or billing status." 

Each message that you send Prairie View, Inc. or its employee(s) through the Service is stored on our servers. We retain these messages on our servers. Prairie View, Inc. utilizes servers and services owned by third-parties.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging 

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. 

Opting in 

A mobile user might opt-in by: 

  • Entering your phone number online, 
  • Filling out a paper or digital form that includes their phone number, or 
  • Acknowledging explicit verbal consent to a Prairie View, Inc. employee(s). 

Opting out

Prairie View, Inc. gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt out by replying "STOP" or "QUIT". 

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
