Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Riding an emotional roller coaster is exhausting, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a research-backed, targeted therapy for individuals who struggle with regulating emotions and who experience ups and downs. This comprehensive treatment program is structured in three 10-week modules. Each module consists of two hours of group therapy a week as well as one individual session each week. Completing DBT twice can lead to more successful results.

DBT therapists are also available for telephone and e-mail coaching as needed.

An intake appointment with a DBT therapist must first be made. The DBT team will discuss the assessment and decide if this treatment is right for you.
